CDL-A Regional End Dump Driver Overview

  • Pay that keeps rolling in. Drivers average $1,400–$1,800 per week gross,* with additional earning opportunities through the Drive for Gold program and DOT inspection bonuses.*
  • Get paid to get started. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid out as $1,500 after your first load, $1,000 at six months, and $2,500 at one year.*
  • Home time you can plan around. Run regional freight primarily through Columbia, TN; Bowling Green, KY; and Muscle Shoals, AL, with weekly and weekend home time built into the schedule.
  • Bring a friend, earn more. Refer a driver and earn up to $5,000 per referral,* with payout starting after their first load.*
